South Four Corners is a great community with approximately 1,200 homes nestled between Sligo Creek Parkway, Dennis Avenue, University Boulevard, Colesville Road and Forest Glen Road.

Approximately one mile to the Forest Glen Metro (Red Line), easy access to major commuter routes and minutes to downtown Silver Spring. Walking distance to the grocery store, post office, coffee shop, bakery, dry cleaners, banks and a few local restaurants.

South Four Corners, along with SFCCA, organizes a number of great activities including an ice cream social, garden tours, block parties, National Night Out, Adopt-A-Road, Community Day, Halloween Parade, Community Yard Sale, the Front Porch Music Fest, holiday festivities, movie night, and more.

Walk, run or bike the great trail along Sligo Creek or hike along Northwest Branch Park. Spend an afternoon at one of the many parks, ride the train at Wheaton Regional Park or take a class at Brookside Gardens.

Golf lovers? Music lovers? Play a few rounds of golf on the beautiful grounds of the Sligo Creek Golf Course, a short walking distance from our neighborhood. Enjoy their annual, outdoor, family-friendly Summer Concert Series on Friday evenings, June through October. Or their Tunes’Day outdoor music events on Tuesday evenings in April and May.

Shop at Trader Joes, Whole Foods, The Loft, DSW and other great independent retailers. Enjoy one of the nearly 200 events each year that Downtown Silver Spring hosts including the annual Jazz Festival, parades, concerts, arts & craft fairs, cultural festivals and more. Grab dinner at some great restaurants and then head to the American Film Institute. Don’t forget about the year-round Farmers Market so many of us enjoy.
