Featured Guest Speaker: Kuhursheed Bilgrama

Please join us when SFCCA will welcome Khursheed (“KB”) Bilgrami, from Montgomery County’s Department of Transportation (DOT). Mr. Bilgrami’s presentation will address traffic issues specific to our South Four Corners neighborhood. (Please see the Sept/Oct issue of the SFCCA newsletter for a summary of traffic operations and pedestrian safety issues.)

In addition, he will provide attendees with a copy of DOT’s standards and guidelines.
Mr. Bilgrami is currently an Area Engineer with DOT’s Traffic Studies Section where he has worked for nearly 15 years. Prior to joining DOT, Mr. Bilgrami worked for the Maryland State Highway Administration for almost 10 years. Mr. Bilgrami holds a master’s degree in transportation engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
